Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

Agent-Launch.com is owned and operated by Right Angles Technologies Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agent-Launch.com (the "Service"), operated by Right Angles Technologies Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Agent Responsibility & Indemnification

You are solely responsible for all actions, outputs, and consequences of your deployed AI agents.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Right Angles Technologies Inc., Agent-Launch.com or its affiliates, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your agent's actions, outputs, or behavior
  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content generated by your agents

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service or your deployed agents to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or malicious content
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
  • Spread misinformation or engage in deceptive practices
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service for any prohibited or unlawful purpose

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Billing & Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you via email and take the following actions:

  • Day 0-7: You will receive email notifications. Full access to your agent continues during this grace period.
  • Day 7: Dashboard access to the affected agent will be temporarily locked. Your agent's compute resources continue running.
  • Day 14: Your agent's compute resources will be stopped to prevent additional charges. Your data remains preserved on disk.
  • Day 28: Your agent and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.

You may update your payment method at any time at Dashboard → Billing to restore access immediately.

Data Retention

  • Active agents: Full data preserved, compute running
  • Locked agents (Days 7-14): Full data preserved, compute running, dashboard access blocked
  • Stopped agents (Days 14-28): Data preserved on storage, compute paused
  • Terminated agents (Day 28+): All data permanently and irreversibly deleted

Usage-Based Storage Charges

  • Storage is allocated per your selected tier. When disk usage exceeds 85%, automatic expansion occurs to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Expanded storage is billed as a metered add-on to your subscription at the published per-GB rate for your region.
  • You will be notified via email when storage is expanded and your subscription is adjusted.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGHT ANGLES TECHNOLOGIES INC., AGENT-LAUNCH.COM, OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Shopify App Installation

The Support Pilot Shopify app is distributed via the Shopify App Store and governed by both these Terms and the Shopify API License and Terms of Use. By installing Support Pilot on a Shopify store, you agree to the following additional terms.

Merchant Responsibilities

  • You confirm that you own the Shopify store or have authorization from the store owner to install third-party apps and grant API access.
  • You are responsible for the content of the knowledge base you configure and for the accuracy of automated responses sent to your shoppers under your brand.
  • You are responsible for complying with all consumer protection, advertising, disclosure, and data protection laws applicable to your business and customers.
  • You will provide an accessible privacy policy on your storefront disclosing the use of AI chat and the data collected during chat sessions.

Billing for Shopify Merchants — External via Stripe

Subscription billing for the Support Pilot Shopify app is processed externally via Stripe and is NOT charged through the Shopify Billing API or your Shopify invoice.

When you install Support Pilot from the Shopify App Store, you will be prompted to complete subscription setup at agents.agent-launch.com/dashboard/billing, where you provide a payment method handled by Stripe. Subsequent charges, including the recurring subscription fee and any usage-based charges (such as automatic credit top-ups or storage expansion), appear on the payment method you provide there, not on your Shopify invoice.

Support Pilot uses external billing because it is a multi-platform service (Shopify, WordPress, and a generic embeddable widget) and bills are unified across all channels a merchant uses. Billing terms in Section 4 apply in full. App charges are non-refundable for partial months. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from the dashboard linked above; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Uninstall and Data Deletion

You may uninstall Support Pilot from your Shopify admin at any time. On uninstall, API access is revoked immediately. Within 48 hours, all merchant data and shopper conversation history associated with your store are permanently deleted per the Shopify shop/redact webhook process described in our Privacy Policy.

No Endorsement

Support Pilot is a third-party app and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or certified by Shopify Inc. beyond inclusion in the Shopify App Store.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
